Last week was a tiring week. It's not because of the campus life. But it's because of physical activities. From what i've written in my previous post, i joined celebrity fitness with a free trial pass. So for two days there was a trainer being our advisor. He showed us the correct way of using all the exercise machines and on the second day we had body check. He calculated my body BMI, fat percentage and waist to hip ratio. i've got problem only with my BMI. I'm underweight. before this i thought i've an ideal weight. For fat percentage in my body i got only 8% which is excellent and waist to hip ratio is excellent too. So now what i need to do is to have a proper diet and proper work out. Sadly, the session with trainer at the gym only valid for 2 days. So now no more trainer to guide us if we go to the gym for the rest of free trial session. I'm likely to stop from going to the gym because no more trainer to guide us. haha.
On Friday I played badminton with my friends. We called it as a training session for Bandung Games. Who knows I will be selected to represent Jakarta in Bandung Games. We played for two hours. Playing badminton is more tiring than playing futsal or jogging. That's why when i woke up yesterday i hardly can get up from bed and lift my leg.
Last night, I attended an event organised by PKPMI and Kelab UMNO-Majlis Ramah Mesra Ahli Parlimen Bersama Pelajar. the purpose of me attending the dinner was to have free dinner at the hotel. And i was satisfied with the food. Datuk Bung Mokthar Radin was the VIP. The event ended at 1130pm.
When i'm writing this i just woke up and havent get up from the bed. hahahaha
